What was in the way.
Independent taxi drivers and small fleets were running their day across a dispatch radio, a spreadsheet, a payment terminal and group chats. Trips were missed, commission was hard to track and nobody had one view of the operation.
Driv3 needed one app that could run a driver’s whole shift: find and accept work, dispatch to others, get paid and manage the fleet.
How we solved it.
We made the live map the home screen. Drivers, trip status and dispatch actions sit on top of it, so the operator never loses spatial context or jumps between tools.
Every flow was built from one component library, the DCS design system, so more than 17 product areas stay consistent as the platform grows.
